REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At KORD, every fragrance is crafted and packed with extreme care to ensure a premium experience for our customers.

Due to the personal nature of perfumes and hygiene considerations, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.

However, customer satisfaction remains our priority.

Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A leaking bottle
- A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

To process the request, kindly share:
- Order ID
- Clear unboxing video
- Images of the product and packaging

Important:
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement approval.

Replacement Eligibility
Once verified by our team, we may offer:
- Replacement of the same product
OR
- Store credit equivalent to the purchase amount

Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds/replacements for:
- Fragrance preference dissatisfaction
- Minor packaging variations
- Used products
- Orders marked delivered by courier partner
- Delayed deliveries caused by courier operations or unforeseen events

Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
