At KORD, we aim to deliver your fragrance experience safely, quickly, and professionally.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 business days
- Remote Locations: May take longer depending on courier availability
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during:
- Festivals
- High order volume periods
- Weather disruptions
- Courier operational delays
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional campaigns
- Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD may be available on selected pincodes and orders.
KORD reserves the right to:
- Restrict COD on certain locations
- Reject high-risk COD orders
- Request prepaid confirmation for suspicious orders
Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive a tracking link to monitor shipment status in real time.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
KORD is not responsible for delivery failures caused by:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect phone number
- Customer unavailable during delivery attempts
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged Package
If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with during delivery, we recommend:
- Recording an unboxing video
- Taking clear photographs before opening
Claims regarding damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
International Shipping
Currently, KORD may or may not offer international shipping depending on operational availability.
